Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Scriptly AI subscriptions and purchases made through tryscriptly.com, operated by Castillo Marketplace LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with Scriptly AI for any reason, contact support@tryscriptly.com within 14 days of your first charge, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • First-time Pro or Enterprise subscribers only (one refund per account).
  • Request must be made within 14 days of the first billing date.
  • Refund applies to the first billing cycle only. Subsequent charges are not eligible unless there is a billing error.
  • Free tier users are not charged and therefore not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@tryscriptly.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the reason for cancellation. Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription at any time. Cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations can be initiated from your Billing dashboard or by emailing support@tryscriptly.com.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds for unused time within the current billing cycle.
  • Upon cancellation, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
  • All previously generated content remains accessible and exportable even after cancellation.

5. Billing Errors and Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact support@tryscriptly.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a full refund for the incorrect amount.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: third-party integrations purchased separately, custom training services, Enterprise onboarding fees (unless service was not delivered), and any charges older than 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and communicated to active subscribers via email.
