You agree not to use Scriptly AI to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, harmful, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of the billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using Scriptly AI is owned by you, subject to our license. The Scriptly AI platform, branding, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of PALM LUX PRODUCTS LLC.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PALM LUX PRODUCTS LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

PALM LUX PRODUCTS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
