Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

These Subscription Terms and Billing Disclosure ("Disclosure") apply to all Pro and Enterprise tier subscriptions on the Scriptly AI platform operated by Castillo Marketplace LLC. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
- Pro Plan: $29.00 per month, billed monthly or $24.00 per month when billed annually ($288.00 per year).
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing based on team size, features, and contract terms. Contact sales for a quote.
- Prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
2. Billing and Auto-Renewal
All Pro and Enterprise subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). By providing your payment information, you authorize Castillo Marketplace LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Monthly subscriptions renew on the same calendar date each month.
- Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of the initial purchase.
- You will receive an invoice email 3 days before each renewal charge.

3. Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current cycle.
- At the end of the period, your account downgrades to the Free plan automatically.
- You retain access to and can export all previously generated content.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. To request a refund, contact support@tryscriptly.com within 14 days of your first charge. Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The Free tier has no refund policy as no charges apply.
5. Price Changes
We may modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice via email. Existing subscribers maintain their current rate until the next renewal after the notice period.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. You will receive email notifications for each attempt. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to Free.
